A multi award winning, 1680s castle wedding venue and estate. Logie Country House boasts 18 bedrooms, indoor pool, purpose built ballroom, courtyard, hot tubs, private island and award winning catering.
Logie Country House is a multi award-winning, Aberdeenshire wedding venue, just outside Inverurie. Dating back to the 1680s, the house has 18 bedrooms and sleeps up to 50 guests. They hold three day weekend and two day mid week weddings. The purpose built soundproof and air-conditioned ballroom caters for up to 160 day guests with a further 20 evening guests. The main houses’s dining room caters for smaller weddings of up to 50 day guests. There are open fires, grand reception, rooms, an indoor infinity pool and two hot tubs in the courtyard. Logie House isn’t lacking in family entertainment either – there’s a treehouse and a climbing frame with swings plus five Xboxes! If that’s not enough, there is even a snooker table and table top football.
The house has extensive grounds, a salmon river and a private island with a treehouse. The ballroom is nestled in ancient woodland and you’ll find Pictish standing stones in the garden. Logie Country House’s two events coordinators can give you as much (or as little) assistance in the planning of your wedding as you like. They have an extensive list of excellent wedding suppliers they can recommend. Logie Country House caters for weddings of all shapes and sizes, including days where the couple and their guests are ‘locals’, travelling from elsewhere in Scotland or more international weddings with guests flown in from all over the world. In fact, sometimes the first time couples see the venue is on the day that they arrive for their wedding!
