A COLOURFUL WEDDING UNDER A STONE PINEAPPLE

FEATURING

elopement photography outdoor national trust wedding the pineapple dunmore

After falling in love with a bizarre but wonderful 18th century building, Fionnghuala and Cameron were married in an intimate ceremony in April.

Their small on size but big on joy wedding made us smile so much when it featured in the mag, that we thought it was time to share it here too!

“We love the National Trust, and discovered The Pineapple a few years ago, when we became members. We had started a bit of a tradition of going for a drive there on Christmas Day. It is absolutely magical, bizarre and wonderful.”

“I remember just looking at the sun shining on the stone of The Pineapple, hearing some children playing in the background and feeling that despite being very nervous beforehand, that actually it was going to be so calm and lovely.”

“We were always more focused on being married, rather than ‘the day’, but actually our day turned out to be amazing! I think having a calm and relaxed approach really helped towards this, as well as focusing on what we wanted for the day ourselves.”
