It was love at first sight when Brent and Julian’s eyes met over a jelly bean machine. They got engaged on a clifftop on the Moray coast, with a Haribo jelly ring. And it’s safe to say things have been pretty sweet ever since. Their vintage-inspired, DIY village hall wedding is making us smile lots today. Maybe it’s a throwback to the start of the academic year, but September always feels like a good time to start a project, learn a new skill or do a spring (autumn!) clean. I find it much easier to motivate myself when the leaves are changing colour, and the air is starting to crisp, rather than during the short, chilly days of January.
