Friday Loves

As we reach the end of September our thoughts are turning to cosy nights in, social happenings (always a busy time of year) and how to squeeze in a mini break between now and Christmas. Anyone else with us?

Wedding Planning

We know you’ve probably already circled it in red pen in your calendar, but in case you haven’t October 12th is the date for you. It’s the preview of the new Bridal by Freja collection is due to take place in Edinburgh. Literally squealing with excitement about that one.

And speaking of wedding events why not pop along to, Mansfield Traquair (tonight -Friday, September 29th)

Share your Wedding Story

We love hearing how inspired you are by our real wedding features. The variety and uniqueness never fails to wow us.

If you think your wedding could be one to share with others just get in touch.

It makes our little hearts skip a beat when we see a love story that has to be shared.

Quote of the Week

“We wanted to have a wedding with a difference, and decided that a fairground themed wedding would be more fun”

If you have not already spied James and David’s wedding then you must. It’s a perfect example of a wedding theme which worked superbly well – mainly because it was based around the guests’ experience.

Yup we would LOVE to have been invited to this wedding.

Embracing Autumn

Five things I’ve been doing this week:

1: Road tripping to the west coast for a beautiful autumn wedding. Reminding me how much I love Scotland.
2: Hanging out in a spa with Christina (more to follow) We reckon we all need to ‘spa’ more. In fact it should become an actual verb.
3: Hunting for a new hat for the season. Loving this beret from ASOS.
4: Re-reading (for the millionth time) Pride and Prejudice. It must be the season for comfort reading.
5: Dreaming of a autumn adventure. Lodge? Caravan?

Happy weekend one and all. We hope it’s jam-packed with lots of things you love. Alie x
