Friday Loves

With December just round the corner, we have most definitely got our Christmas on. Whether you’re a tree-up-now, or keep the decorations at bay until middle of the month, we thought we’d point you in the direction of some seasonal styling.

Hopetoun Christmas Shopping Event

Hopetoun Christmas Shopping Event
If you’ve never been to Hopetoun House, then the Christmas Shopping Event is the perfect excuse. Running 10-4 today, tomorrow and Sunday, it is the very spot to bag some unique Christmas presents.
And when it comes to styling just pop along to see Planet Flowers (word is they are setting up inside and outside this year). You will be armed with beautiful floral art for your home. All you need to do now is plan the parties.

Paperchase Craft Events

Paperchase Christmas Craft Events
Feeling that you’d love to get more crafty with your crackers and decorations this year? Why not head along to Paperchase, Glasgow, for one of their Craft Workshops.
From card making, to Christmas Crackers and garlands, you’re bound to have lots of fun as well as create personal gifts and decorations that will go down well with family and friends. Check out their workshops to find one that suits you.

Just Friday

Just Friday
Without being too controversial, we’re not mad keen on the whole Black Friday thing. Is it just us or has it all got a little crazy?
We loved the alternative campaign by Traidcraft, called #JustFriday. Traidcraft offer fair-trade and ethical products and we love the idea that a gift bought through them could be helping fight poverty in some small way. Gifts that are good for all we reckon. Having a peak at their website we loved their bicycle bookends and their cute papermache piggy banks.
Never too soon to start planning or celebrating we say. Especially if you do it in style, Alie x
