Bridal bouquets

Looking for inspiration for your bridal bouquet? Perhaps you’re hankering for hydrangeas or lusting after lilies. Here are some we’ve spotted, by season, to get you inspired.

Soft colours and textures are perfect for a romantic spring wedding. Popular spring wedding flowers include roses, ranunculas, tulips, hyacinths, hydrangeas, sweet peas, freesias and lily of the valley.

Whether you prefer traditional white and cream or hot reds and yellows, there’s a summer bouquet to suit. Seasonal favourites include roses, stocks, gypsophila, sweet peas, orchids, aster and carnations.

For an autumn wedding think pastel hues mixed with luscious foliage or seasonal burnt oranges and deep reds. You’ll have your pick of varieties including roses, calla lilies, hypericum, freesias, gloriosa, leonotis and euphorbias.

From snow berries to a pop of colour amidst a cool white bouquet, we heart winter flowers. Winter blooms include roses, ranunculas, anemones, twisted willow, eucalyptus, paperwhite narcissi and cosmos.

What do you have planned for your wedding bouquet? And will you be throwing it at the end of the night, or is it going to be far too pretty for that? I’d love to hear your thoughts. Christina x
